Storage Charges must be paid in advance. For mutual protection, Evergreen Ice Box reserves the right to specify commodities allowed in lockers. Due to inherent nature of this business,, all goods, etc., are stored, and to be stored, at the sole risk of Owner/Lessee, who hereby assumes risk of loss from any and all causes, including, but not limited to; theft, strikes or labor disputes, fires, floods, civil strife or lack of refrigeration or unauthorized acts of any persons or party. All goods, etc., are stored and to be stored, by Lessee, without any special agreements, representations or assurances respecting safety or continued preservation of condition, quality or quantity of goods, etc., stored. All Game must be tagged and stored in compliance with the law. This agreement shall be in full effect until the Lessee has surrendered possession of locker, together with keys thereto, unto the management. Delinquency in Payment of Charges for a period of more than thirty (30) days shall authorize Evergreen Ice Box to sell all contents of locker at public or private sale without notice. Lessee agrees not to use said box for goods prohibited to be stored by existing law. This contract and terms of agreement are not transferable nor assignable by the Lessee without the written consent of Evergreen Ice Box.
